WINE SAFARI at Douro Valley w/picnic, Winery visit and tasting
Discover the vineyards of the Vinho Verde region with a trip in a 4wd car; Embark on a wine safari at the Green Wine Region; Visit 2 local green wine wineries and have amazing tastings with local products;
This is a true odyssey trough the vineyards inside a vintage 4wd Land Rover Defender.
We will start in the city of Porto and we will be heading to Amarante City, the capital of “vinho verde” a very refreshing wine that we Portuguese, drink specially in the summer.
Once in Amarante we will have a stop for a quick visit and a coffee in this beautiful and scenic city.
Our second stop will be in a winery known for it’s “vinhos verdes”, place where we will have 3 wines tasting and vines visit.
we would like to remind you that this experience is for those who are not searching for confort as the ride is in a very noisy and not that confortable car, and lunch, even if with high quality produts, is a picnic at the vineyards with all the beauty of the green of the vines but still in an open space and without all the confort of a restaurant with table and chairs in a bugless environment reason why we ask people to be casual with comfortable shoes.
Arrival to Porto will be around 5 PM
